STANDING ROOM ONLY PRESENTS “GREASE” AT FULLERTON COLLEGE
GREASE,” the 1950’s rock ‘n’ roll musical being presented by STANDING ROOM ONLY, the Summer Musical Theatre Conservatory for high school students taking place at Fullerton College. The goofball greasers and gum popping gals of Rydell High are at it again! Cutting classes and pulling all the smart-aleck stunts that bugged their busy-body English teacher, Miss Lynch from the get-go. Was life ever as zany as “GREASE” paints it? Naah! “GREASE” plays July 19, 20, 21 and 22 at 8:00 p.m., and July 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fullerton College Campus Theatre.
Performances run June 19 – 22 at 8:00 p.m., with “Best of the Fest” performances on Sunday, June 23 at 8:00 p.m.
STANDING ROOM ONLY (S.R.O.) is an exciting five-week summer theatre conservatory located on the Fullerton College campus. The program begins on June 19, 2006 and continues through July 22, 2006, five days
a week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants will gain extensive
experience in all phases of musical theatre production and earn five free college credits. Professional staff members will offer master classes in movement, dance, voice, theatrical scene painting and costume construction techniques. GREASE” will be staged for a five play run and be performed in the Fullerton college Campus Theatre.
“GREASE” is entertainment designed for the entire family. Tickets are available through the Fine Arts Box Office, Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or reservations can be made by calling (714)
992-7433 during those hours. The Box Office will open one hour prior to curtain. The Campus Theatre is located in the Fullerton College Theatre Complex (on Lemon Street, north of Chapman Avenue). General admission price is $15.00, students and seniors are $12.50.
